EncourageMen 2025 Fall Conference RSVP September 19th & 20th

Calling all men… and families!

Join us for this fall’s expanded EncourageMen conference “Building Men: Spirit Soul and Body”, with a special emphasis on mental health. Two dynamic brothers will share at our traditional men’s session Saturday morning.  â€‹

New this year is a Worship Night Friday and picnic Saturday afternoon, where spouses and families are invited.  â€‹

Finally, we will be loving on a local family by gifting them a wheel-chair accessible van.​

The conference is free to attend (a free-will offering will be taken). Your RSVP will assist in food preparation (i.e. coffee, pastries,  picnic items, etc).

Ivy Creek Baptist (9/19 Friday Night) 6pm - 9pm Worship Night

  • 2500 Ivy Creek Rd, Buford, GA 30519

  • Worship Center; arrive a bit early to settle in.

  • Family friendly evening of blended worship.

Hamilton Mill UMC (9/20 Saturday Morning) 7am - 1pm

  • 1450 Pine Rd, Dacula, GA 30019

  • Student Center entrance. Look for EncourageMen signs and greeters.

  • Please avoid pantry traffic lanes; follow on-site parking directions.

Little Mulberry Park - Picnic 9/20 Saturday Afternoon (Fence Rd Entrance) 1pm - 4pm 

  • 3855 Fence Rd, Dacula, GA 30019

  • We'll gather at the pavillion near the restrooms (look for the signs).

  • No alcohol per park rules

EncourageMen Fall Weekend

Join us for a two-part weekend: Friday Worship Night at Ivy Creek Baptist Church, then Saturday morning’s Men’s Conference at Hamilton Mill UMC. Our theme is “Building Men—spirit, soul, and body” (1 Thes 5:23). Expect opening worship, two focused teachings with table conversations, testimonies and prayer, and a “Love Needs Wheels” moment as we bless a local family with a wheelchair-accessible van. While the men gather, the women/wives will meet in a nearby room led by Evette Merritt for a warm, faith-centered time of encouragement. We’ll finish with a family Picnic at Little Mulberry Park.
